POLICY ON DEPOSIT

Based on legislation the company is entitled to request an advance payment of up to 25% of the total price of the accommodation for all the days of the stay ordered. The advance payment must not be less than one day’s rent. The reservation order shall be deemed to be completed upon receipt of the advance payment determined as above, or upon written acceptance of the reservation by the hotelier. Anyone who has made a reservation for a predetermined period of time and eventually leaves for all or part of the period must compensate the establishment with half of the agreed price for the period not used. However, if the customer has given at least 21 days’ notice to the business, the customer is exempt from compensation and the hotelier is obliged to refund immediately any advance payment received.
